|Recommended: YesThe Urban was an excellent place to live near campus I loved having my own private space, it comes with everything I needed. Plus the lounge areas are laid out nicely so I can be social friendly while still having my own private space at the end of the day. Very relaxing, stress-free experience

|Recommended: YesI'm a travel nurse with OSU, and The Urban has been very accommodating to my night shift needs. It's the perfect distance to work, it's very clean, quiet, and Emma and her team are amazing people I highly recommend the Urban for extended stays or just overnight.

|Recommended: YesThis is an amazing property with a wonderful maintenance and rental staff. — This building has been an overall incredible experience. Everyone is so friendly, the grounds are well kept, the building is secure, and the price is unbeatable. I was extremely sad when I graduated and had to move away I would highly recommend The Urban to anyone who needs a place to live in the OSU area.

|Recommended: YesGreat Potential — Moving in at the first of the school year was a bit of a hassle with Covid slowing everything down, but now that everything has started to come together, this will be a great place to live in the years ahead as I continue going to school. I has great potential to be a place where you can make friends and socialize or keep to yourself, like life it's what you make it and the Urban will be a great place to work and study.
